This is one of my favorites.  Brooklyn brings it.  The trainer, Jade, is straightforward and gets down to business.  I like that there is some toning (with light weights) along with the cardio.  My only beef with this one is there is absolutely no cool down.  Come on, Elle -- even advanced levels need a cool down.  You can do one on your own.  I took one star away for that.  Pretty good workout overall.

I loved this DVD!  I did both workouts (50 minute version) and worked up a good sweat.

Both segments consist of interval-style moves.  Each move is done three times:
* Cardio move (squat jumps, punches, etc.)
* Line drill (fast feet, side shuffles)
* 30 seconds of jump rope (not with a real rope, although you could probably use one if you wanted)
* 60 second jog/boxer shuffle
* 30 seconds slow jog/shuffle

The cardio/line drill moves increase in repetition- you do five reps the first time, 10 the second, and 15 the third time.  The moves definitely build with time and give you a great workout.

This is definitely not a DVD for beginners.  There is no modification or form breakdown or explanation.  

In conclusion, I will definitely do this workout again- the 50-minute version is great by itself and I will definitely combine the 25-minute segments with other workouts.
