I like these workouts a lot. They may be short but they are intense enough provide a decent workout. My favorite is the lower and upper body. They maybe be brief but it's packed with some good exercises. You will feel the burn and get results. I'm not crazy about the yoga one as much. I feel that it's too repetitive and athletic. Maybe Kelly should've added a core segment instead. I mostly use the premixes. As usual Kelly gives you plenty. These are great when I just want to workout for 30-45 minutes. And the variations keep things fresh. I am glad that I purchased this DVD. I'm going to get alot of use out of it.

I have a lot of Kelly's dvds, and I usually really like them. For me though this one is a miss.
The music is horrible, the segments rather uninspiring and provoke the dread factor and that bell is really starting to get on my nerves.
I usually really like Kelly's boxing work, but the segment on this is really low energy.
For me unfortunately this one will be going to the bottom of the pile

I tried so hard to like this DVD as I have been a fan of Kelly's for years but I just couldn't get into the workouts and I tried a few of the many options-I felt that I wasted my workout time trying to find one premix that would suit me but they all irritated me-the excercises just didn't seem to flow and I couldn't wait for another Excercise to start/I usually give a DVD 2 or 3 tries before I make a decision whether it's a keeper or not but this DVD as well as Kelly's other new one Meltdown are going back

I like the idea I can use the premixes to do the warmup and two of the segments, or do more segments for a longer workout, or use one segment as an add-on. They're all decent, although the "yoga" has a decidedly fast, athletic feel. Kelly, who I have heard before say she is "not a barefoot kind of gal", surely is aware there are shoes that mimic the bare feet feel more than the shoes she is wearing (mine are Vibram). The workout times listed for the lower and upper workouts are incorrect - the Lower Body is 14 minutes (8 minutes of dumbbell work followed by 6 minutes of ankle weight work) while the Upper Body segment is 16 minutes.
