This video is one of my go-to favorites for a lower-key day, but make no mistake it is a 300+ calorie blast depending on how much effort you put into it. I would say it is an intermediate mixed impact routine. For more advanced workouts her Peak 10 workouts are fun and challenging.

I think this workout had the potential to be really good but just kind of missed it.  Michelle is a great instructor and cues well.  There are some fun moves and there is a modifier although there isn't a lot of high impact moves.   The moves for each combo are easy to follow and taught add-on style and then you repeat the entire combo on both sides once you learn all the moves.

This workout is good but there are better ones (and with better music) out there so it falls just short.  It is a great option if you want something less intense, lower impact with some fun but easy to follow moves.
