I was excited to have a low impact cardio workout that moves fast and feels fun. This fit the description. On the down side it feels a little repetitious and the instructor's cueing isn't always the best. The foam roller section is a definite bonus and more of a workout than I expected. It's a good workout overall, but not a must-have unless you can snatch it up for a great price.

The workout has a fabulous backdrop in Italy.  I really liked the moves by Trudie.  She was graceful and seemed to enjoy the cardio.  I did not like the trainer who came across as a showboat and the voice overs were annoying.  I agree with the previous rater, that it would be good to have a music only option.

Love the music, surroundings are stunning, instructions are voice-overs, production quality is excellent. Moves are mostly based on ballet and yoga with some latin steps thrown in.  I'm not sure I agree with the description that says "provides intense cardio intervals".  A regular exerciser wouldn't get their heart-rate up much, but I enjoy the flowing and sometimes balance-challenging moves.  The only thing missing is a music-only option so I could skip the constant flow of cuing/counting and just groove. Sting fans will enjoy the bonus features and, if you happen to leave the menu running, you get an acoustic performance of several Sting favorites on guitar, not something most workout videos can boast :-)
