5 of 5 Excellent cueing and form pointers July 18, 2014

Some reviewers criticised this workout as being too slow or lacking intensity. But I love it because it allows me to focus on my form. This, together with Ilaria's continuous form pointers, makes it a good DVD to keep in your collection for when you're coming back to kickboxing after a break.

I really like this creative routine. Ilaria is precise about her form and gives great tips. I've learned a lot from her because of her no-nonsense teaching style. Some of this routine feels like drills to me because the moves are repeated. But she goes quickly so it never feels tedious or repetitious. There's no high impact but don't mistake that for low intensity!
