It's a real shame because I really like the exercises in this DVD, but the music is downright DISTURBING.  Ugly, repetitive and I can't even describe it.  Please Cathe and other dvd creators, I wish we could just have some normal music to exercise to.  This sounds like background music to hell.  Not cool.

Cathe seems to hit all of the lower body in this workout. Even the warm up is on the mat, with some Pilates moves. The ball segment incorporates moves she's used before, but there are not endless reps, thank goodness. I ended up not using the band in some of that section because it felt awkward. Nevertheless, I felt the burn.
