3 of 5 I want to like this dvd but... February 11, 2015

it has flaws.  Can not hear Reaghan over the music.  No quick warm up or cool down.  Each segment is broken down into 4 exercises repeated 3 to 4 times.  You do not know how many reps to do. On one section the screens completes the session when you just began a new round.  What I like about it is the music is fun and keeps you moving.  You only have 4 exercises to master.  It is quick.
