I love Toby!!!!  This is a Hiit wkout with a 30/30 format.  30 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest.  All of the moves are athletic type and uncomplicated.  Examples are power scissors, fast feet shuffle, jump squats etc.  You can go all out or you can modify anything.  Excellent Hiit wkout with a great instructor!  Highly recommend!

This DVD gives a similar high intensity satisfaction that Cathe DVDs do. I am an intermediate exerciser who enjoys some high impact, so I used a lower step than they did for most moves (top of Fanny Lifter) and a higher step (entire Fanny Lifter) for the burpees. It worked great, was done quickly, and gave a sense of accomplishment. Highly recommended.

I was a little nervous about doing this for the first time, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Toby is all business for thirty minutes and then it's over. It is tough, but definitely doable. I do hope he uses a bigger set next time, as his exercisers look crowded, but otherwise, no complaints. No regrets in purchasing this one.

I really like Toby Massenburg, but some of his weight workouts move a little too fast for me. Ignite is bodyweight only, so I really enjoy it. There are 21 moves (no repeats!), most using a high step. Each move is done for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Since I know I won't have to repeat the move it's easier for me to push really hard during the 30 seconds of work. Toby is his usual encouraging self and the workout flies by. Overall, lots of fun.

I did this workout for the first time today and I love it.The warm up to me was a little fast paced BUT if you can make it through the warm up the rest of the workout is GREAT!!! You have 21 different moves, you do each one for 30 seconds then you get a 30 second rest then move on to the next move.You do not repeat any moves twice. During your 30 second rest Toby explains the next move that's coming up.I love it.I don't have a step like they are using,I have the old firm fanny lifter and it works great. This workout is based on a HIIT workout.If your looking for a good little cardio workout I recommend this one. It did get my heart rate up and I was sweating.To me there is no dread factor.Will be in my rotation.I'm NOT gonna let a little fast paced warm up stop me from using it. Love it,Love it,Love it.
