o.k, i have been working out to dvds for months now and have recently become a cathe friedrich fan, needless to say anyone who is familiar to cathe, any dvd after her seems to be missing the ´x-factor´ i love cathe! anyway, we are her to discuss amy! i needed something apart from cathe so decided to give this dvd a go and can say i am pleasantly suprised! amý´s cuing can be off and her skinny crew are a bit off putting, but there were some new moves i had never seen before so i was very challenged. amy motivates and is funny and i knew i would feel sore the next day! i recommend this to anyone looking for a challenge! good workout!

This is a great resistance training workout. Some of the lower body exercises are too tough for me but the upper body routines are great. There are many options for customizing your workout. The funky music provides motivation. I liked it so much that I bought a backup copy.

There is alot of equipment to use: barbells, bands, etc. but you will learn different techniques and exercises. The total minutes on this DVD is immense so you get a good bargain for your money.

A little bit boring, but good burn. |

This moved a little bit slow, and did one exercise with multiple sets of high reps...which is always a BORE to me. I'd rather max out on one tough set than do the same thing 3 times.
I don't have a barbell with plate weights, but I can usually get by without (using a body bar or dumbells). This one was tough to do without a barbell.
