I have been doing Petra Kobler's Liquid Grooves and loved the Tai Chi aspect so thought I would try this. I really love this workout too. I used to do a lot of yoga but I think I like this better since it is very easy on my back. I feel fantastic after doing this and Scott is a very good instructor. I must admit I bought this as a DVD. Wish you carried the other workouts in DVD form.
