5 of 5 Be Prepared for Burning Quads! January 15, 2015

I thought this was a very good DVD.  Bob is very motivating.  There are modifications shown.  I love Jari Love's DVD's, I consider myself to be a intermediate to advanced exerciser, and this DVD I found to be challenging.  Please note that I haven't done the shorter 20 (or is it 25 minute?) workout, only the hour long one.  The moves weren't real complicated, which allowed you to concentrate on your form, which is something that I like.  You will do lots of reps so smaller weights are a good choice.  There isn't a lot of talk about form, this DVD just assumes you know (another indication that this isn't for beginners).  Personally, I like the timer bar in the lower portion -- lets me know how much more I have to go.   There are lots and lots of squats on this DVD s be prepared!  In all, I'm very happy that I have it.

I really enjoy this Bob Harper dvd because he is so encouraging/motivating. He has created a great workout that flows and keeps your heart rate up. He has made it that its not too complex so you can really focus on burning fat with explosive intense moves. Great one for anyone wanting to shed fat.
