Transition from your hectic day to a calm inner focus. This practice begins with the concept of linking breath to movement as Chrissy introduces fundamental yoga poses and mini sequences. (20 minutes)

This practice builds on skills gained in the first program and introduces sun salutations and other sequences. As the flow increases, so will the calorie burn! The goal of this program is to energize, detoxify and increase flexibility. (20 minutes)

Build the strength necessary to achieve more challenging poses as Chrissy takes you through shoulder openers, mini inversions and focused core work. You’ll feel strong, confident and ready to face the day. (20 minutes)

This is a lovely production! Chrissy instructs in a voice over fashion with crystal clear instruction that is friendly and precise! Each practice was so very enjoyable and her descriptive verbal cues make it possible to not have to look at the screen when it is not easy during certain poses. Each practice progresses in difficulty, which never goes beyond intermediate. It is the perfect level and pace of movement. The scenery is a gorgeous poolside setting overlooking the ocean. The first practice is at high noon and by the time we get to the last one, it looks like the sun is starting to go down a bit and really fits the mood. She tells you both the English and the Sanskrit names for each posture as we go into them. She perfectly explains each position so you are aligned just right to go into plank, side plank, boat etc. I am extremely pleased with this yoga DVD. If you like straight-forward, no-nonsense style yoga at a perfect pace this is for you!
