I am fascinated by Tai Chi, particularly the martial applications of such slow and graceful movements. Scott Cole explores this aspect of Tai Chi in 'Tai Chi Training'.
The workout is structured in two 25-minute sections. In the first, Scott takes you through 'slow set' Tai Chi, and in the second, he takes you through a faster version of the same movements as he explains the martial applications. Scott's dance background is very apparent in the second set and he's obviously having a ball. As usual, he doesn't take himself too seriously and jokes around a lot.
This is a fun, light cardio workout which would be a great addition to your Tai Chi library, or as an introduction to Tai Chi.
