This system works! When nothing else was working for me and I had tried everything. The workouts change right at the moment you think you can't do one more. The counting helped me not to lose focus and push for that last one or two I had left to work on. Loved it. Now, I've had a baby and I am starting all over on it again. I can't wait to see the results! I recommend this over anything out there. It's not just for the skinny people! I'm morbidly obese and this is helping me change my mindset and my body. You can do it, too!

These 3 DVDs include progressive workouts, which are okay for beginners, but what kills it for me is Richard's and the cast's constant counting to 8 - 16 - 24. It is non-stop!  In my view, it just ruins the whole workout.  The music is also a bit too quiet for my liking.
