I loved this. This is just what I was looking for. I started doing barefoot cardio routines and wanted another one for variety. If you like Ellen Barrett you will like this. I am not exactly graceful and this was pretty easy to learn. I loved the weight part. She did weight intervals with cardio. This is definitely a keeper.

I really enjoyed this as something different to do to challenge both mind and body. It is so much fun with the great music and great dance/ballett/ pilates style moves. you can't get bored so much fun to move in this different fun way. Your muscles will feel it more and more as you do it because you get used to the moves hence engaging the muscles better.

This is tougher than it looks but so much fun.  Ride the horse, chest pops, ballet moves to name a few.  Because I've got two left feet it will take me a couple of times through to learn it properly.  I thought I was fit and strong so I used 5lb weights, oh dear, big mistake!  I'll take it down a level next time around and there will certainly be lots of next time arounds.  Seriously need to use lighter weights on the side plank section!  Tracey has a fun and likeable demeanor and is good with the cuing and I like the music, one background exerciser offers modifications.  Really love this one.

This workout, like Cardio Lean, is a lot tougher than it looks. Interval fat Burn is great fun and pretty intense. There were some moves I'll have to get the hang of, but it was not heavily choreographed so it's easy to pick up. Total Body Tone is similar to Tracey's earlier circuit workouts, but infused with Booty Barre. The final circuit is done on the floor and targets the obliques, lower and upper body, with some pretty intense pilates exercises using a dumbell. I was happy when we started stretching. My muscles needed it after the hard work!

I think this is a solid intermediate workout.

I love all of Tracey's DVD's. I have most of the Booty Barre's and this is a great addition along with Fuse Lean. Incorporates dance and cardio. I do barre 3 x per week and these twice...keeps me toned and in shape and I can still eat what I want! Highly recommend.
