5 of 5 Love Lake Tahoe September 19, 2021
Reviewer: Melissa Salatto from Jacksonville, FL United States
Lake Tahoe has some beautiful views that gives a great hiking experience on the treadmill!  This is one of many Virtual Active dvds that I have and is a favorite of mine to workout too.

5 of 5 very nice hike May 10, 2014
Reviewer: Susanna Smith from Stafford, TX United States
This is one of 4 I've tried. I don't use a treadmill or elliptical as suggested- I get on my rebounder or on the floor and walk in place or do side steps. I've beginner-ish (again) and in my late 40s and overweight and this works for me. Other hikes have my favorite scenery but Lake Tahoe has been the best overall for the pace and variety of scenery. I did the basic hike which plays music and shows the hike - no talking. the description said 'emphasis on speed' but I found this to be a more laidback pace following along with the music's beat - I started off mostly bouncing on my rebounder then got to high steps, jogging a bit. For me this pace was PERFECT esp for morning workouts when I'm barely moving Also - you're not in the middle of a forest with trees or cliff dropoffs right beside you. you can see sky ahead and the trees aren't right smack dab in the path. in other words if you feel claustrophobic you will probably enjoy this hike with the 'space'. love it!

Hike at your own pace and have a lovely 35 minutes along Lake Tahoe. Fabulous scenery (as with all of the Virtual Active series - both Hike and Run).
