I loved everything about this VA experience.  Awesome scenery and camera work! Mostly instrumental, non-intrusive music with a good beat, and even cooldown song (though vocal) was more of a smooth, cool jazz. Guided workout begins with a gradual pace, and then kicks it up to a mostly moderate speed.  Great climbs and run intensity, and I was sweating by the end and quite challenged. Johnny provides some great tips, like when running downhill, for example. Having lived just over thirty years in the Southwest, I didn't think I'd enjoy this as much as I did. Happy to have another VA run in my collection with beautiful locations and excellent production quality!
