The production quality is terrible and there are times where I had to increase the volume on my TV to hear her.  The moves were too basic on the first work out-I barely got my heart rate up.  That work out is definitely for a beginner.  The second workout had a decent series of ab/core exercises but I have better pilates DVD's for that.  Not a fan-

This DVD is divided into two 30 minute workouts. One done standing and one on the mat.
The standing workout starts out with ab work, moves on to leg work and then adds weights for upper body work while still working the legs with plie variations.
This segment is more cardiovascular but it's not exhausting and Mary Helen keeps it low or no impact.

The second workout is my favorite. It has all the moves I love to hate: bridge, extended bridge (ouch!), outer thigh, ab work and swan arms.   The first time I did it, I felt the ab work in my lower back so I use a playground ball behind my lower back to lean into for support. I find I can get into my abs better when my lower back isn't tightening.

I would say this workout is a solid intermediate but beginners can use it too, just take rests as needed.
