This is a nice workout, but just not what I expected... Instead of picking up the pace, it feels like she slows down and then resumes the already established pace.  This could just be a perception problem.  It is hard to tell, but I still approve of the workout...

Amazing workout sweat sweat sweat I've never worked so hard with Leslie was fantastic and within a week my problem area is deflating belly wowowo.
Leslie keep it up! take a deep hit 5 or even a 4 hit. It 'seemed like a nice party

Fun, Fast and my kind of HIIT! October 6, 2013

This latest one from Leslie is just Fun! The music is good and lively-remixes of current radio songs. The background exercisers are great and there is a nice big group of them-a few of them are walk leaders in various states! Leslie takes you thru some HIIT cycles in the 2nd mile with some fast high-knees jogging and hips-sway moves and hops to spike your heart rate up, then she brings it back down again and lets you recover before the next cycle. This is fun and very doable and adds some nice variety for the regular Leslie workout user. I had a really good time with no boredom and the moves and music changed frequently to make it go by fast and to keep my attention for the entire 3 miles! Another nice new routine with even more variety- Thanks Leslie for your latest offerings!
