Contrary to what the other reviewer says, I really liked the outdoor in the desert backdrop.  You get a good walking workout and some weight workout as well.  It's different, but really effective.

This is an example of where Kathy is a bit much for me. This is definitely not my favorite walking workout. Its not the worst either, don't get me wrong. But I've used a lot better ones. I don't get the fake outdoor screens and the scenery changes. I would have preferred real outdoor, or even real indoor better. Not a favorite.

It is a great beginner workout for walking. Kathy makes it fun with her different set makes me think of a Madonna video. It is fun and I do use this when its too cold to go for a walk just to get some low impost movement in. Kathy is always good at motivating.
