This high intensity low impact workout is comprised of unique cardio super sets.

Just as you do super sets with weight training, Cardio Supersets follows the same plateau-busting concept. But now instead of strength training, its 100% pure low impact cardio!!!! Ive even included a special step aerobics premix that can be done on its own or combined with this workout for those of you who want the ultimate challenge.

Total Workout time of main program: 41 min 30 sec (Warm-up 5:30, Cardio- 30:59, Stretch 5:01). In addition to the main program a (21 min 17 sec) bonus step routine is included in the Premix section.

Disclaimer:  I found the cardio from the entire low impact series quite easy intensity-wise.  I therefore modified everything to make it high impact and higher intensity...for me.  

Easy to learn, easy to do, OK music, lots of variety with different equipment.  Different feel than a regular Cathe cardio (not bad).  I save this for an easy day.

I appreciate the thought that Cathe put into developing her Low Impact Series; most of the workouts are innovative with a new twist. “Cardio Supersets” fits this description with a fun approach that will keep you sweating without stressing your joints. As others have commented, the music isn’t the best in this series, but you will probably be working too hard to care!

I love this whole series one of my favourites of all time. I do love the music in other series more that is the only draw back. I love how this does not add impact on your joints but still leaves you a sweaty mess. Cathe is the best out there for weight and cardio workouts. I love her because its not too complicated and easy to modify.

Super fun and challenging workout, and the bonus step is a winner for those days when you are short of time or want to mixed with something else! I am loving this series and remember low impact don't mean easy:-)
