5 of 5 excellent PHA workout! May 29, 2020

Love this workout.  I also love PHA (peripheral heart action training), since it both trains for strength and moderate cardio at the same time.   This video is fun, has great music, excellent cuing, and a selection of strength exercises which covers the entire body.  The chapter and premix setups are excellent, as they are for all Cathe videos.  I am currently doing this 3 times a week and loving every minute of it.  I actually wake up in the morning hoping it is is PHA2 workout day because I want to do this workout again.  I have already seen strength gains after doing it for 2 weeks.
