I did not love Power X-Train when I first got it.  I thought it was just okay, but I do like a lot of the BL dvds, especially with Bob.  Power X-train is organized into short workouts with a warmup that is more like a part of the workout, and that has caused me to pick it up more often.  I've gotten to like it the more I do it.  Bob is great as always, and Dolvett is charming.  Be aware that they are a bit repetitive with their moves.  If this is not to your liking, go with their 6 Week Cardio Crush and 8 Min Body Blaster workouts. Those are well done.
