Perfect compliment to boxing	July 4, 2014

Boxing is my favorite type of workout, Michael is my favorite DVD instructor for boxing, so it was only natural that I try this workout of his as well. Jumping rope is the perfect compliment to boxing workouts, but it's hard to find good jump rope workouts on DVD. I like this one because it works you hard, and it's authentic coming from Michael. If you are a fan of his, or are just looking for a good jump rope workout, I recommend this.

I have never been challenged like this, ever! I barely made it through the first 3 rounds, and I call myself an advanced exerciser. I figured well I'm a runner so this will not be a problem, whatever! I absolutely love Michael, he will stay in my weekly rotation, he is definitely going to help me get to the next level with my fitness. I plan to buy his complete collection and I recommend those that are serious about fitness to do the same.

I loved Aero Jump Sculpt workout from beginning to end. Michael Olajide Jr. is an awesome trainer he explains ever move and makes it easy to follow. Aero Jump Sculpt will really get your body jumping and your heart pumping! I am a big fan of Michael Olajide Jr., and I would highly recommend this dvd.

Awesome, Awesome Workout	February 21, 2009

There are 8 fat blasting jump rope intervals with tough sculpture intervals added for good measure!!!... in his introduction, Micheal says do two interval a week increase this by two a week till you get to the entire 8 intervals....at that rate it's doable. The 1st two interval are tough, after that it's turn your heart meter to high LOL. I just got this and it's awesome. The production value is really something else, original music (that has a driving beat that keeps you going), energy level, background exerciser really gives the feeling of working out with a class (no phony smiles here) and Micheal's clam manner and voice is so soothing for such an intense workout....giving you the confidence that you can actually do this workout. Micheal is soooo cardio fit that it's truly inspiring to watch him, it seems he could go on forever! I LOVE,LOVE this excellent workout. It took me a long time to get the nerve to buy this workout, now I'm glad I did. Thanks Micheal Olajide I'll give a 100 star if I could!!!

This is THE workout to get if you are looking to bust through a fitness/weight loss plateau. Wow. The workout is top notch, the cuing very clear and easy to follow, and Michael is a wonderful instructor. I simply cannot put into words how happy I am to have discovered this dvd. Buy it - do it - love it - and watch your body transform.
