This is a good workout for legs, gluteus, and abs. Nice balance of kicks, squats, lunges, and ballet moves. Reasonable pace so you can focus on form.  Ilaria gives pointers and encouragement.  It didn't drag on and seemed to be over fast.

This is a great lower body routine that you can incorporate into your kickboxing schedule — or add to Ilaria’s “Abs & Push-Ups Plus” for a total body workout.

As other reviewers have commented, Ilaria has very precise form and provides superb cueing. I love the energy in this workout, the music and the bright, open set.

The title says it all - this is a great lower body workout that actually got me sweating!  It's not all endless squats and lunges.  Ilaria alternates with leg raises, kicks, squats, and lunges to make this a very interesting cardio and toning workout.  I also like the upbeat music.  Not sure what you call it, but it worked for me!  I'm really looking forward to lower body results with this one

A excellent Lower Body workout taught by a true martial artist. Ilaria Montagnani is precise, superb cuing, excellent form and form pointers, effective, fun challenging lower impact workout I even Like the music. Ilaria's personality is a pleasant all business/intense approach...she is a awesome instructor. Great production value, not sure what else you would want in a workout. This workout is Perfect for me -

I've been an at-home exerciser for years and consider myself intermediate to advanced and this DVD kicks butt! I'd never heard of Iliara before getting this DVD, but now I'm looking forward to getting more of her workouts! I love the way she starts each exercise "set" and adds to it each time. The time seems to fly by as you try to remember what comes next (in a good, challenging way), but her cueing is also very good if you lose your way. If I had to say anything "bad" about this DVD, it would only be that you need to turn the volume up as the music can drown out her voice a bit and the "cool down" is not long enough, in my opinion, but if you walk around a few minutes afterward or march in place, you'll be fine. It's about 45 mins. long and by the end I'm dripping with sweat so I know I've worked hard. I highly recommend this DVD! Can't wait for volume 2 to come out!
