A powerhouse cardio step workout that uses 32-64 count choreography with an athletic flair. This workout demands maximum cardio output throughout the workout. The workout features high and low impact versions of the choreography throughout the entire workout, encouraging exercisers of all fitness levels to join in the fun. This workout includes a bonus stability ball workout that is designed to provide a quick cardio/strengthening workout for the entire body.

This DVD has multiple pre-mixes which utilize different portions of the choreography to better tailor the workout to meet individual fitness goals.

Sharon Money Twombly holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy as well as a Masters Degree in Biomechanics. Sharon works as a physical therapist. Sharon has been a fitness model in over 25 fitness videos and has been featured in CIA 2704, 2604, 9904. Sharon is an ACE certified instructor and teaches fitness classes on the Main Line in the Philadelphia suburbs.

5 of 5 Forgot how fun this was August 27, 2015

I recently embarked on this one after a long hiatus. I forgot what a fun step routine this is. they don't make 'em like this anymore. I usually shorten this to about 40-45 min. When it begins to feel repetitive, I skip to the next combo. As the previous reviewer stated, it's not complicated choreography and just plain fun. It is chaptered, includes shorter premixes and has some great music that you don't hear in most exercise dvds anymore. I also have never tried the ball workout, but it is definitely worth it just for the step and abs.

I have had this for a while and it is a great advanced athletic style step video. The moves are not super easy, but pretty easy to learn. No mambas or cha chas here, a lot of high intensity knee lifts, straddles, and lunges. Also a good deal of hopping, but there is a modifier if you want to do lower impact. I like Sharon's style, she teaches well and is fairly no-nonsense. I have not done the ball workout but it looks fun. Very good heart pounding athletic step.
