At first I thought this would be a fairly easy workout.  But, boy, I sweat.  Not very dancy at all, but that's OK as long as I get a good workout, which I did.  The only thing that I wish this DVD allowed you to do was if it had an option to "play all".   Like the other review said, very motivating.  I didn't realize I had been exercising for so long!

I like Denise for those days when I feel the need to do something but am not in the mood to over-exert......these two 20 minute segments do the trick nicely. As always, Denise is sweetly encouraging and I do think her cueing has improved. If you need to motivate someone to exercise, have them try a Denise or Leslie DVD.
