GET ALL 4 BOUNCE INTERVALS SERIES WORKOUTS
Welcome to the BOUNCE INTERVALS Series. As the name suggests, these are interval workouts that give you maximum burn and a minimal recovery time. These are more advanced bounce workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. If you don't have a rebounder you can still perform all of these exercises on the floor.
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Cardio (30 mins): You will start off with some slightly easier moves such as jumping jacks, knee raises and side leg raises to warm up and then move into high intensity plyo moves on and off the rebounder, finishing with a lengthening stretch.
Up and Down (34 mins): You will start with some slightly easier moves such as aeroplanes, jacks and twists to warm up, then move to cross over jacks, diagonal front and back knee ups, squat thrusts with tuck jumps on and off the rebounder, mountain climbers with glute raises, inverted butt kicks and side to side leg raises.
Total Burn (33 mins): You will start with some slightly easier moves such as alternating front and side kicks, then ramp up the intensity with front and back kicks, fast jumps, a floor to rebounder jump with side touch downs and jack combination, fast side touch downs, on and off jumps, a side to side shoulder press and squat combination, single side long kicks, hand stands and a plank walk to butt kick combo, finally some tuck jumps, hitch kicks and a kneeling to standing biceps triceps combination.
Singles and Doubles (32 mins): You will start with a single side of a particular move, then do the other side then do both sides alternating and finally move back to a single side power move but on and off the trampoline (hence the name singles and doubles).

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
