Fun and Complete July 7, 2014

This is one of those workouts that has a little bit of everything, goes by quidkly, and you have fun while doing it.  The cardio is fun. Emily likes to dance, and she's contagious.  The sculpting segments are the usual Firm four-limb exercises and Emily uses light, medium and heavier weights (I use 3,5 and 8 lbs).
The ab segment is quite thorough, and the triceps get worked a bit more than in some other pink Firm workouts.
All in all, it's a nice workout for beginners-intermediate exercisers.

WARNING: Tricky Choreography August 22, 2010

Just like the title says, the choreography is tricky.  It definitely took me a few tries before I could get it down, but as I am someone who likes variety, I consider that a positive thing.  The video alternates between cardio and weight training with a bit of floor ab work at the end.  I like Emily as an instructor.  Her cueing was good, and the music was pretty upbeat.  I find myself reaching for this when I'm pressed for time as it's only around 40 minutes.
