This workout is fun and challenging. Kelly incorporates moves from sports like baseball, fencing and lacrosse into the  drills in a creative and fun way. The premixes are great if you are interested in a quick strength only or cardio only workout. The stretch section is also quite good. This one's a keeper.

This a 2 30 minutes interval workout with pre-mixes that allow you to combine both or have only weight workout or just areobic workout. As the bonus you also get a 20 minutes strech that can be done on its own or added. Some moves are really new, the 30mn will fly without you realizing it and you'll feel worked out.
