I wouldn't recommend this to an advance level exerciser, the intensity was just not there. The kickboxing moves didn't flow smoothly and her cuing was problematic at best, the workout felt rushed and repetitive. I didn't like the weighted gloves at all, they felt too light, and the Velcro didn't keep the gloves tight or secure enough they just kept sliding and twisting all around my hands. If you're a beginner, or working your way back from an exercise hiatus,you may like this workout. The instructor does have good and positive energy. I returned it because it just didn't click with me :-(  If you're looking for a excellent Kick-boxing workout go for Power Strike
