Tamilee Webb was the first instructor I used when I started working out at home 20 years ago.  Her exercises worked then and they work now.  I do feel this compilation is more for the beginner.

The above description is accurate and I recommend watching the clip as this is obviously dated and therefore the music, production value and equipment is 'old-school'.  If you can get past that, the moves do still work and I always liked Tamilee's personality.  Nice that the disc includes 3 different sections for different body parts.
