4 of 5 Good workout, but I did wish it was harder January 22, 2015

I do have to say that I was surprised when I first turned on this DV.  Gin doesn't talk while she's doing the exercises but instead she talks in the background.  Which many times can be a good thing.  I don't have a body bar but I found that I could use weights and get just as good a workout. As usual, her cueing is great.  I did find that I at times needed to use higher weights.

In all, I would recommend this DVD.  I didn't feel it was as advanced as I had hoped, but I can always make it harder.
