I hated the sunglasses it made feel stressed not seeing where they look. I found this not calming in the mind at all that yoga dvds usually do even if they are faster paced and challenging. I did not enjoy this.

I am not a big fan of yoga, but I am a big fan of Jillian Michaels.  I decided to give this DVD a shot and boy am I glad that I did.  I love these workouts.  This DVD has two fantastic yoga workout routines on it.  The first routine is a lot of fun.  It moves so quickly that it never felt like yoga to me.  I really worked up a sweat and felt invigorated after I completed workout 1.  Workout 2 uses some light weights and incorporates some moves that aren't typical with yoga workouts.  It's fun and works great to get your super firm and tight.  I love this DVD and both workouts are highly recommended for all fitness levels.
