I don't like working out with a lot of equipment so this caught my eye.  

Although Mindy encourages you to do one or just a few segments, I tend to do them all.  So I am definitely wiped by the end.  I think each segment does a good job of working its area of focus, I think the Core segment has a few awkward moves and the 75/15 segment can get long.  So I skip those sometimes.  The workout does not go to the beat of the music, it's just supposed to be motivation per Mindy.  I do not find the music particularly motivating, but it is fast enough to keep me moving.  However, Mindy is motivating and encouraging throughout.  Mindy is alone in this video, yet she does a good job of offering up modifications so I don't miss background exercisers.  Lastly, I enjoy that there are few floor exercises in this workout.

The warm up/cool down are adequate, but not great.

I really enjoy the challenge of this and having the different types of intensity work like tabata and fartik) really fun and will leave you sweaty. It is also grew tot have the variety in lengths you can do a few or just one and still get a solid cardio workout. A great addition to anyones library that likes to be pushed to the limits.

This a great for days you want to get a quick sweaty workout in.  At first I didn't think I would be that fond of it, but it has really grown on me and it moves quick.  You can pick and choose the segments you want, but you can't program them to play together which would have been a great feature for her to have added.  There are a couple segments I don't care for, but there are enough that I like to create a intense workout.  Definitely a leg burner.  Well designed, has some unique drills and I like the layout of the 10 minute segments.  Not many on the floor drills. Mindy is really chatty in this one, but I don't mind it, I guess because she doesn't repeat the same phrases over and over like others do.  Music is poor. Just background music and she doesn't keep beat to it which drives me bonkers.
