This DVD gives offers so much variety on different levels. First, you can select one workout, if you're pressed for time, and get a great overall core workout in 10 minutes. If you have more time, you can add one a few other segments. The variety in terms of the individual segments are great, too. You will hit your entire core, including your lower back. The instruction is excellent, lots of form pointers, and Amy has a modifier showing less advanced but equally as effective versions of the exercises. This DVD definitely has its place in almost everyone's workout library.

Really great variety of core workouts. Loved the Swiss ball in creating variety in core workout. Amy maxes everything fun with her enthusiasm and instruction. A great way to work your core you can add on the 10 min segments to another workout.
