Too much for me December 20, 2014

The workout is great if you love jumping (180 turns), plyometrics, twisting, and lots of up and down moves.  It was too much for me though.  I love Paul but don't think I'll be keeping this one.

4x4 Hollywood Bootcamp on steroids! July 9, 2014

In this DVD, Paul Katami takes his signature 4x4 format (four minute blocks consisting of one-minute intervals of cardio, lower body, upper body and core, repeating each block twice) and revs it up with more complex movements.

“Bootcamp 4x4x2” also includes some nifty features. You can play the workout straight through, or shuffle the blocks to give you a different workout each time. It’s great to see instructors utilising the capabilities of DVD to give us extra value. The DVD also includes a clinic with Paul demonstrating the more complex moves.

This DVD is a must-have for bootcamp fans!
