Nice, energizing dance type workout... very fast paced... warm-up is questionable...  Beginners beware:  Petra expects you to know the names of the moves before you begin. This one works great if you have done other similar workouts before.  If you have two left feet, there is a bit of a learning curve... very enjoyable!!!

Petra is one of my favorite instructors.  Top-notch perfect cuing, a great strong beat to keep you moving. Lots of choices (eg.  "the turn is just an option" or "you might start with Christine, then when you've been with us for a few workouts, add some more attitude...") make this a workout you can start with as a beginner, or really throw yourself into if you've been exercising a while.  I love that she's included the chapter called "Finale" that is the whole routine put together... when you've learned the moves put this on repeat and sweat as long and hard as you like!
