Good workout July 17, 2014

I exercise usually about 6-7 days/week.  This is good for those days when I don't want a real strenuous workout but I want to do something.  I did find that I wound up doing DVD's 1, 3 and 4 together and then on another day I did #2 and 5.  Next time I'll probably use a tighter band, but I'm very happy with it in my rotation.  Stephanie is quite perky and the moves are not complicated.  Most of them are add-ons, meaning that you do one move then another then the first, second and a new one and so on

As I said in my review of Powerfit Harmony, I use these in the winter when it's cold and I don't want to do anything! I found these a tad bit harder than the Harmony set but both are equal love-fests for me. The workouts are only 20 min and gentle enough to do barefoot. Don't expect to be a sweaty mess with these, I do them in my pajamas a lot of times. Stephanie keeps the moves flowing without a lot of down time, but she gives you enough time to get the band in place (quickly!). There aren't too many reps of any move and she combines interesting moves. There's a lot of variety in these sets. Even at the begin/inter level, I got great results using these every day for a month.

Good for those days when you just do not feel up to working out... These workout are quick, so when I finish one I sometimes reach for another workout (basically they just bring about an attorney adjustment in me)

These are my go-to workouts when I just don't feel like working out.   I'll start off doing just one and inevitably add on another - and sometimes, another.  

You can always up the intensity by using a thicker band or increasing the range of motion.

have had this workout for a few weeks and just love it, great easy to follow moves , gives you an all over workout. Stephanie is a great instructor,this is the first of her workouts I have tried, and was not sorry with my purchase
