Tougher than it looks November 25, 2011

Total Body Tune Up is a great toning workout and is definitely tougher than it looks.  It is a high rep/low weight workout but you will definitely be feeling that low weight after all those reps and will feel like you have worked out every muscle.

Some moves are quite challenging and there is a nice intensity alternating between cardio and toning so that some intervals are a little easier and some are definitely more of a challenge.
