One of my fave KCM workouts July 11, 2014

Body Training is one of the first KCM's that I tried, and I love it. It's fun and creative, and it requires no weights so it's great for travel.  She throws in some coordination and balance moves which challenged me differently than some of her other workouts.  It is categorized as toning, but I did feel some cardio effect with the standing workout.  She has a great modifier, too!

As other reviewers have commented, this DVD is at once classic Kelly — well-designed, well-cued and challenging without being over the top — while also being different from her usual fare in that it is bodyweight-only. These bodyweight exercises, including the old-school moves, really do strengthen and reshape your lower body. And yes, the workouts are harder than they look!

These are great workouts to mix and match with other DVDs from the "30 Minutes to Fitness" series.

A little different then most of Kelly's other workouts because this time the entire workout is done WITHOUT any equipment, just your own body weight(and when you think about it, that certainly is enough). The first routine is all standing with lots of squats and lunge type moves,the second routine is floorwork, lots of "old school" moves,which I have really missed as most instructors don't do old school anymore,sadly. And Kelly also hits the upper body a little in this one,however, I consider Body Training to be mainly two very complete, intense lower body workouts. Great music and premixes which we have come to expect from Kelly and she doesn't disappoint here. Creative, different and definitely FUN (as well as intermediate to low advanced, it's not as easy as it may look) this one's a WINNER!!!

This is a great lower body dvd which consists of the standing lower body then moving to floor work in the 2nd part. I higjly recommend thsi workout!
