I love this workout and intend to add it into my steady rotation. It alternates back and forth between sets of abs and push-ups, each set offering a new variation. The sets are short enough to be doable, but challenging enough to increase your strength. Great upper body workout with no equipment. Ilaria offers basic modifications for the push-ups until you master them on your toes. Ilaria is a likable instructor that offers tips and motivation in a matter of fact manner. A good body weight workout to add to your collection.

I love this workout.   There is real  no warm up, as Ilaria starts with walking planks.  There is a pushup move followed by an ab move for the whole 30 minutes. There are no burpees and very little lower body moves.  I was able to do the entire pushup moves on my toes since the repetitions are only about 12 per set, and your arms  get a break during the ab work. This dvd is not for someone with wrist problems.

Ilaria doesn't waste a second of this 30-minute workout, using her trademark motivational style and meticulous cueing to push you through. The short length makes it ideal to use as an add-on; it's also great for learning new push-up variations.
