I thought this workout was good and that it was fun. Love the first 3 sections which are dance based.  I would give the first two sections 4 stars and the 3rd section called Dancer's Abs 5 stars.  The upper body section was my least favorite but still okay - 3 stars for it and the last section lower body, I give 4 stars too.  The last two sections uses a toning band. The emphasis is definately dance base and you can pick up the intensity depending on how much you move.  I did think the cueing could have been a little better, but once you do the workout a couple of times this would no longer be an issue.
