With Gin Miller as your instructor, you’ll learn new ways to teach isometric and dynamic stabilization exercises in an arrangement that will allow your students to work within their own unison station. These strength training exercises were designed by Gin to challenge step enthusiasts and delight all who attend your classes. The Xtreme Strength Circuit on the Ball will begin with a warm-up, followed by a resistance circuit that alternates lower and upper-body exercises and ends with a slow stretch.

The purposes of the workout: (1) Include specific exercises unique to the ball and platform at consecutively arranged stations. (2) Allow little or no rest between stations. (3) Use creative stretches as transitions between stations. (4) Address a primary muscle group in each station while maintaining isometric and dynamic stabilization of the trunk.

This DVD has 2 different workouts on the ball. I am not talented exercising on the ball & found myself putting the DVD on pause often. If you aren't a klutz like me on the ball, you will find this DVD very challenging folling Gin's great instructions. I followed Mary for the modifications.
