This is one of my favorite workouts and I am surprised there is no review on this one.  This is only a 30 min workout but boy does is pack a lot into 30 min.  It is simple moves that you can up the intensity to get what you want out of the workout.  Definately one you won't regret buying especially if you like Tamilee.  I wish she did more cardio workouts.
