This DVD Contains five Workouts that were made from taking various segments from several Body Blast workouts and mixing them in a new and unique way. We've also added about 25 minutes of exclusive footage that was made just for this DVD.
Most of the workouts on this DVD are less than 45 minutes in length. Four of the workouts feature a "timesaver" cardio section followed by a muscle conditioning section emphasizing just one or two muscle groups. The fifth workout is a lower body muscle conditioning workout.
This DVD was patterned after our very popular Cross Train Xpress series DVD and is perfect for people who want an intense workout, but are in a time crunch!

This video is a compilation of several other Cathe videos - the above write-up is very thorough and accurate.  The versatility alone makes it worth getting.  Like the other reviewer said, I wish there were premixes with just cardio, but do what she said and make your own or go to the original DVDs and use their premixes (several compilations on the original DVDs also).

I only gave it 4 stars, because there are no premixes...BUT...if I just want to do cardio only, I go to the menu and click on any workout--and do the cardio (which in all of them-cardio is first before any toning-except leg work and last workout).

Then after doing one cardio segment, I just simply go back to menu, and click on any other workout to do the next cardio--skipping the warmups. :) Sometimes I just do all 4 or 5 cardios in one day!! :)

I also sometimes combine 2 workouts each day..for example..one day I might just do the first workout--and then roll over to the 2nd right after that (skipping the warmup)...then do the next day-workout #3 + 4! :)

When I do #5 I usually do just that--then add on 2 cardio segments to get a full workout. :)

So this DVD can do wonders for you whether you are short on time OR just simply want to do another workout or just do the cardio segments.
