As other reviewers have noted, this DVD is great for those at the beginner-intermediate level. Each 10-minute routine is well-designed and effective, there’s plenty of variety to keep boredom at bay, and Jessica Smith brings her trademark motivation and excellent cueing.

I've been exercising for almost 2 years now, and in this DD there were some moves that I never did before!  I must say, the instructor is very encouraging.  Be aware that the Bikini Belly section is a lot of cardio.  I just wasn't expecting that.  I do like the fact that you can do however many segments you want depending on how much time you have.  There is good cueing.  In the sports section, she tells you which sport that the exercise will help you with.

For those just starting out and for those with weak abs, this workout makes a great add on for a little extra core work... It is also good to do as a complete workout... Naturally, some segments are more challenging than others...
