If “Spinervals Ultra Conditioning Series 3.0: Ultra Full Body” didn’t kill you, then “5.0 Ultra Total Body certainly will! The workout comprises about 45 minutes each of cycling intervals and off-bike strength conditioning exercises, to make a grueling 90-minute session.

Coach Troy developed the “Ultra Conditioning” series to develop strength in competitive cyclists. While I think these DVDs wouldn’t meet all your strength training needs, I like to use them to mix things up and provide an extra challenge.
