I agree with the first review that the flow section is a little too fast, but keep with it as the other sections are a compliment to it.  I especially loved sections 2, 3 and 4.

It's great for a complete one hour + practice or to break the segments up if short on time or want to focus on a particular area. I've been practicing with Rodney for over 15 years and love the way he is aging, as I am. His voice and instructions are so calming.

I have most of Rodney Yee's offerings. This one is classic Rodney in terms of moves. However, it feels like one long routine that he broke into 3 pieces rather than 3 individual workouts. The first part starts with sun salutations and the second part continues with standing moves. This part would feel difficult to jump right into without warming up. The last is seated stretching. He goes really fast through some of the flow without holding the poses. He can be hard to follow at times, but it gets easier the more you do the sections.
