A study published in The Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness showed that women who completed a 12 week HIIT program lost more weight than a group who performed longer sessions of moderate intensity cardio. The HIIT group also LOST MORE BELLY FAT. In short, walking to the hits using HIIT training is a sure-fire way to fire-up your walk!

I own a lot of Sansone workouts.  Many of them seem to be the same ol' same ol' -- seemingly interchangeable workouts -- but this one stands out.  It's a lot of fun ....  I felt "meh" about the other two Hits DVDs, but the music and moves in this one works!  The energy level the other two Hits workouts felt too manic-cheerful/hyper. All Time's vibe is more mellow.  So this workout is now a favorite Sansone. (5 Big Miles is another favorite.)

I have all of the Leslie music dance videos and they are all fun and motivating.  This one is no exception.  The best thing is that all the dancers look so happy and are genuinely having a good time.  Leslie is her usual bubbly self and she is fun to exercise with.  Highly recommend this.
